Drew and his team were awesome from the time my husband and I walked in the doors until the day we left with our new Can-am! He worked with us every step of the way! He even kept us updated while it was being built. He got us a great deal when trading in our old Can-am, really made us both feel important and like real people. I highly suggest doing business here! We love our new machine and look forward to more business deals here down the road!

Great dealer with friendly staff but the finance department appears to be seriously struggling. I bought a 2020 yz250 and a month after buying it the loan still wasn’t submitted to the bank and I had to spend hours on the phone between the bank and the dealer to figure out the problem. I thought everything was finally fixed but now I look at my loan and guess what? They failed to add my down payment when sending the loan amount to the bank! If I gave them $1,000 for no reason I’m going to be pissed!!

Sales staff is great especially Noah! all went well even price matched a different dealer! 5 months after purchase having some clutch issues. Go in ask a service writer about a clutching issue on my 22 x3. Guy new exactly what it is said yep ill order these parts and scheduleded an appointment 2 weeks later. Great! The day before rolls around go to drop off my machine and get told "I don't have an appointment" and the computers are down and they'll call in the morning if I leave it. Get a call just to get told there is no recalls for my machine. Provided a service bulletin with my exact issue and fix for it still wouldn't do it. Got told to call canam directly to open a case.. or pay almost 250 for a clutch service and wait another 2-3weeks. Called other dealers including moto zoo in st george who offered to have me ship my clutch down and they would warranty it no questions asked. Ended up picking the x3 up going directly to young powersports to have the service bulletin/clutching done and fixed under the FACTORY 6 month warranty. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
